Our Background
GT Concrete Services, LLC was created by Jose Guerrero in 2021 and is now run by himself and company partner, Roy Weaks. The two met and worked closely together on a multi-family project in 2023, where their friendship and business ventures took way. Roy says that during their time on this previous project, he found an admiration for Jose's attention to detail, strong work ethic, and original skills. It was then that he knew he had to jump aboard and share his own expertise with GT. Now, GT Concrete continues to expand at a rapid rate, fulfilling local concrete needs.​
Jose Querrero
Owner
Jose has over 20 years of experience in the concrete industry. In his career, he has personally worked in every sector that concrete placement has to offer.
Jose's body of work can be seen in projects around the Nashville area and throughout the southeast. He personally oversees all daily field activities and ensures a professional and successful environment to satisfy customer's needs.

Jose resides northwest of Nashville with his family. In the rare times Jose isn't working, you might find him on his Razor, tearing up the countryside.
Roy Weaks

Roy Weaks has over 30 years of experience with construction and development. 19 of those years, he worked as the lead superintendent for some of the nation's largest general contractors. Roy has personally managed several substantial projects throughout the southeast and the Caribbean.
His knowledge and experience as a builder over time have made him a reliable partner for GT Concrete.
Roy resides just outside of Nashville, TN with his family and their two English bulldogs.
